I'm a Kenyan-born American long-distance runner turned coach and certified massage therapist, based in Folsom, CA. My competitive career spans over a decade at the elite level — including 3rd place at the 2018 Boston Marathon, 4th at Boston 2017, and a personal best of 2:12:01 at the 2016 NYC Marathon.

Every session is bespoke to your unique goals and needs. Dress in comfortable clothing, hydrate before and after, and always communicate openly so I can tailor the work to you. It's normal to feel relaxed or slightly spacey after — what I call "massage brain!" Rest and nourish yourself for the rest of the day.
Tecar Therapy (also known as diathermy) uses radiofrequency energy to stimulate tissue repair, reduce inflammation, and alleviate pain. It generates gentle heat within body tissues, promoting natural healing processes and enhancing blood circulation. It's a powerful complement to hands-on massage, especially for deeper or chronic injuries.
Absolutely. While I specialize in athlete recovery, my massage services are open to anyone — busy professionals, people dealing with chronic tension, or anyone who simply wants to feel better and move more freely. The techniques are adapted to your specific needs.
Yes — all coaching programs are available fully online. Athletes across the country train with me remotely. We communicate via email, phone, or video check-ins depending on your plan. Massage sessions are in-person only at the Folsom studio.
